Ice Soccer

I was walking down east hampshire and north oakland and I almost tripped over a chunk of ice. As I knocked it with my foot it slid across the ice harshly.

Grinding

Near the intersection of east hartford and north cramer street I noticed a pile of tiny pieces of ice on top of a thick layer and I stepped on them.

Reverberations in Tiny Caves

I was walking down north cramer street, past east newport, and i noticed that pieces of salt that someone had laid down were creating little pockets in the thick ice. i investigated.

Shifting Soft Metal Grating

Iwas walking down east buffalo street and i turned into an alley that was behind some restaurants. They had big air conditioning units attached to the side of the building humming alone in the alley.

Quiet Water on the Edge

I was walking along the beach near ravine road and east newberry blvd and moved to the edge and i heard waves. They were calm and persistent.

Alphabetic Order

Whenever i came to a turn on my drift i started saying the numbers one through four in my head. My friend would say stop randomly and a number would be chosen. One meant left, two meant right, three meant, backwards, and four meant straight. i thought this completely random way of choosing a route would offer a more interesting view of the landscape.
